Order Policy


  • Orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • ALL ORDERS OVER $200 REQUIRE A SIGNATURE!
  • In the event a part is not in stock and needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, we will notify you and provide you with an updated ETA. We do not offer refunds for shipping fees on expedited orders for parts that need to be ordered from the manufacturer. Please account for this when choosing a shipping time.
  • ALL orders placed without a VIN number are at the customer's expense. With the VIN number, we are able to make sure that the part ordered is the correct one for the vehicle before shipping.  The online catalog is not the "official" Infiniti USA catalog, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of part fitments without the VIN number. Please provide us with your VIN number upon checkout so we may verify that the part ordered fits your vehicle. 
  • CATALOG ERROR: In the event the Infiniti USA catalog suggests the wrong part for your vehicle, we will send you the correct part with a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect part. Please note that "Other Names" and "Positions" are imported from directly Infiniti USA and can be wrong. If the part you ordered has multiple names and you are not 100% sure that it is the correct part, please email us for confirmation. If parts with different "Other Names" or "Positions" are ordered and are not what you need but there was no attempt at confirmation, then the part is treated as general return subject to our return policy. 
  • PAINTED PARTS: Please note that exterior parts, e.g., Mirror Covers, Filler Covers, etc. do NOT come painted. We do NOT offer painting services. Certain parts do come primed from the factory.
  • COMMUNICATION: We communicate with customers via email. Please use an active email that you have access to as there may be times we need to update you on shipping delays, order errors, discontinued parts, etc. 
  • DISCOUNTS: As our parts are already discounted on our website, we DO NOT provide any additional discounts. (Including holidays or any special designations and circumstances.)
  • CANCELLATION:  In the event that we find an issue with your order (part not applicable to VIN, payment issues, fraud alerts, etc.), we will attempt to contact you via email. During our 4th week of attempting to contact you, we will cancel the order. You will be sent a warning email during the last 3 days in which you will have time to address any issues found with your order. If the issues are addressed before the end of the 3-day period, your order will ship. 
  • Please note that we do NOT diagnose problems. We advise you to seek the appropriate advice from an Infiniti Technician or your trusted mechanic.
  • Our website is Self-Service. Providing lists of parts for specific jobs is beyond the scope of our capabilities. Any parts list we choose to provide are catalog suggestions only. It is up to the customer to have the full and accurate parts list and the required quantities at the time of order. If a VIN is given, we will confirm the parts fit the VIN provided, but we do NOT suggest additional parts or go over the list of parts needed after orders have been placed. We advise you to always seek the appropriate advice from an Infiniti Technician or your trusted mechanic as to what exact parts and quantities you require.
  • All part quotes, part fitments and quantity recommendations that we supply through email are suggestions only, based on the Infiniti USA catalog. We advise you to always seek the appropriate advice from an Infiniti Technician or your trusted mechanic as to what exact parts and quantities you require. Any parts or extra quantities not needed, as well as any order submitted without a VIN, are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee as per our Returns Policy. 
  • Duplicate orders: In the event we suspect an order has been submitted multiple times, we will contact you to confirm if the order is genuine or a duplicate. Until we receive confirmation, we will not ship the order! Please note that holding an order is at our discretion and every order submitted by the customer that has been shipped, is subject to the 25% restocking fee.
  • Carrier Returned Package: In the event the carrier returns your package to us (i.e., incorrect address, not available to sign, etc.) we will notify you of the return and the reason. If you would still like to receive the package, we will send you a quote for the cost of shipping. As soon as the money is collected, we will reship your package.
  • To prevent return rejections, DO NOT WRITE ON, REMOVE, OR COVER ANY INFINITI PART NUMBER LABELS. 
  • Damaged Parts: Customers must inspect packages at the time of delivery. Any damaged part must be reported immediately. We will not be responsible for any damage claims made after 3 business days of receipt. Once the damage is reported, we will contact the carrier and then provide you with further instructions. In the event of damaged parts, you must save ALL packaging, shipping box(es) and items in order for the carrier to inspect the damage. If you discard all the shipping material prior to the carrier inspection, the carrier cannot determine how the items may have been damaged. If the carrier denies the claim, we cannot issue any credit or replacement of the damaged items.
  • Missing Parts: In the event that your part or accessory is missing a component, we will ship the missing component or (at our discretion) a full replacement set to you at no charge; unless that component(s) is/are sold separately and not part of the original part or accessory. Please keeping mind that all claims for missing packages/components must be made within 3 business days of receipt.
  • The tracking number is emailed once an order is shipped out. Should the tracking number be invalid or show no tracking updates, please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to update on the USPS/UPS/FedEx website. If the tracking number continues to appear invalid or shows no movement, please contact us for assistance.
  • Packaging: Most of the parts will be shipped in their original genuine factory boxes or packaging. On rare occasions, we might have to repackage the parts before shipping due to the shape, size, or possibility of damage. Therefore, they may arrive in different boxes with the original packaging inside. All of our parts are genuine OEM and are covered by the standard manufacturer warranty.
  • Incorrect part shipped: The customer is responsible to inspect any/all parts that are ordered and received. In the event that an item is determined to be mis-packaged, please notify us immediately.  A replacement part will be shipped out once the mispackaged part is received back in new, uninstalled, and resalable condition with original factory packaging.
