All cores must be returned in their original packaging, with the part number label intact, for core credit to be issued. Cores must not be damaged. Cores must be returned to us within 9 months from the date of delivery.
A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is a 25% restocking fee charged against all returned parts, unless an error on our part is the cause of the return.
Refunds on General Returns are only for the total price of the parts returned, minus the 25% restocking fee.
Shipping for returns is at the purchasers' expense, unless an error on our part is the cause of the return.
Expedited/Overnight Shipping: Your order may be shipped overnight or expedited for an additional cost. Please note that both Expedited and Overnight Shipping is based on when the carrier receives the package and are not based on when the order is placed. On time delivery of the expedited and overnight orders are dependent on the carrier and are beyond our control. No refunds for overnight or expedited shipping will be given for late deliveries. We do not offer refunds for shipping fees on expedited orders for parts that need to be ordered from the manufacturer.
If the return is worth more than $100, please purchase insurance from the shipping carrier to cover damages. (We are not liable for uninsured parts damaged during shipment.)
Some parts are not returnable under any circumstances. If this is the case, you will be notified before these parts are shipped.
Exchanges will be at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Parts must be saleable and in the original packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable under any circumstance once shipped.
Paint is not returnable.
Defective parts will not be refunded but instead, will bereplaced.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Carrier Returned Package: In the event the carrier returns your package to us (i.e., incorrect address, not available to sign, etc.) we will notify you of the return and the reason. If you would still like to receive the package, we will send you a quote for the cost of shipping. As soon as the money is collected, we will reship your package.
Please allow 15 business days for refunds to be fully processed.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 25% may apply.
In the event that we find an issue with your order (part not applicable to VIN, payment issues, fraud alerts, etc.), we will attempt to contact you via email. During our 4th week of attempting to contact you, we will cancel the order. You will be sent a warning email during the last 3 days in which you will have time to address any issues found with your order. If the issues are addressed before the end of the 3-day period, your order will ship.
