Shipping Policy
- In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
- ALL ORDERS OVER $200 REQUIRE A SIGNATURE!
- USPS: Orders placed after 10AM EST will be in carrier possession the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update as USPS tracking sometimes has a delay from when they scan packages to when their system updates.
- All shipping cost quotes are a best estimate. If the shipping costs are more than quoted at the time of order, you will be contacted for approval prior to shipping.
- Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
- Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
- Expedited/Overnight Shipping: Your order may be shipped overnight or expedited for an additional cost. Please note that both Expedited and Overnight Shipping is based on when the carrier receives the package and are not based on when the order is placed. Due to carrier limitations, please expect orders placed and/or shipped on Fridays to be delivered within the next 2 business days. On time delivery of the expedited and overnight orders are dependent on the carrier and are beyond our control. No refunds for overnight or expedited shipping will be given for late deliveries. We do not offer refunds for shipping fees on expedited orders for parts that need to be ordered from the manufacturer.
- Carrier Returned Package: In the event the carrier returns your package to us (i.e., incorrect address, not available to sign, etc.) we will notify you of the return and the reason. If you would still like to receive the package, we will send you a quote for the cost of shipping. As soon as the money is collected, we will reship your package.
- Oversized or freight shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval. Oversized or freight shipments cannot be shipped to a residence, a business address will be required. Oversized or freight shipments must be inspected for damage at the time of delivery and must be noted by the carrier. No damage claims will be honored after the time of delivery.
- We cannot guarantee transit times. Transit times are dependent on the carrier and are beyond our control. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries.
- We do not guarantee delivery. If a package is lost in transit and has not been delivered, the customer must notify us within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date. We will then contact the shipping carrier to place a tracer on the missing package(s). If the shipping carrier cannot locate the lost package(s), a claim will be filed, and a replacement order or refund will be provided. We will not be responsible for any lost package claims made after this time period.
- Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
- We do not ship internationally.
- In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
- We do not ship COD orders.
Order Policy
- Orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- ALL orders placed without a VIN number are at the customers expense. With the VIN number, we are able to make sure that the part ordered is the correct one for the vehicle before shipping. The online catalog is not the "official" Infiniti USA catalog, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of part fitments without the VIN number. Please provide us with your VIN number upon checkout so we may verify that the part ordered fits your vehicle
- In the event of a catalog error, we will send you the correct part with a prepaid shipping label to return the correct part.
